Compression can spoil presentation
A lid should close over the intended garment fold without forcing a bulging box. Review the full pack after the tissue and garment have relaxed into place.
The ivory hinged apparel box holds a folded garment with a soft presentation lining. Develop the box around the garment as it will be folded in the warehouse or boutique. The desired reveal and the amount of tissue can change both the usable height and the packing labor.

The starting material direction is Rigid or collapsible board structure. The handle or opening direction is Magnetic or lift-off closure. Branding can use custom brand print. These choices need to be read together: the illustrated construction sets the product direction, while your packed contents determine the final dimensions and reinforcement. Specify the packed garment size, tissue allowance and preferred supply format.
Measure folded length, width and realistic thickness without excessive compression. Include tissue, belly band, care card and accessories. State whether the box holds one garment or a combined outfit.

Work through this design in three steps: Check collar, trim and raised details. Then confirm included materials and their packing sequence. Finally, compare storage and assembly requirements separately. Record any revision on the product specification before repeating the check.
The product-specific cost variables are: Garment format, box depth, board and wrap, tissue or lining, branding and supplied assembly format. Compare these on the same quantity per size and artwork. Identify whether tooling, the physical sample, accessories, assembly and delivery are included as separate line items. A lower unit price with a different handle, insert or print scope is a different specification.
The pictured hinged construction does not establish flat supply. Compare the separate collapsible magnetic format if storage volume is a priority and approve its assembly method.
Start with rigid or collapsible board structure and magnetic or lift-off closure. Add the packed product information and the specific choices listed in the comparison table. Specify the packed garment size, tissue allowance and preferred supply format.
