A revised product can require a revised insert
Changing a cap, bottle or accessory can affect cavity fit even when the nominal product size sounds similar. Keep the approved product revision with the insert drawing.
The cream presentation holds several beauty items in a fitted layout. The insert is developed around the measured products; modular does not mean every bottle or jar fits one universal tray. Decide which products must remain upright, which surfaces need protection and how each item will be lifted out.

The starting material direction is Rigid board plus a reviewed insert material. The handle or opening direction is Magnetic closure. Branding can use custom print and foil. These choices need to be read together: the illustrated construction sets the product direction, while your packed contents determine the final dimensions and reinforcement. Supply all product dimensions, weights and removal requirements for insert layout.
Provide bottle diameters, cap widths, jar heights and filled weights individually. Include accessories and a preferred presentation drawing. Define the cavity dimensions, access areas and usable interior before setting the outside box size.

Work through this design in three steps: Check the widest cap and the product removal path. Then compare contact surfaces, support and visible finish. Finally, close the sample with all items seated. Record any revision on the product specification before repeating the check.
The product-specific cost variables are: Cavity count, insert material and tooling, wrapping, product layout, box depth, magnetic closure and packing. Compare these on the same quantity per size and artwork. Identify whether tooling, the physical sample, accessories, assembly and delivery are included as separate line items. A lower unit price with a different handle, insert or print scope is a different specification.
Only if a shared cavity or interchangeable section is designed and reviewed for each configuration. Send all size variants rather than assuming an insert is adjustable.
