Record product type, dimensions and units, paper direction, artwork revision, handles or closure, print and finishing. Identify what the sample is intended to confirm.
Prepare your actual packed item
Provide the finished box or product dimensions and weight. Include tissue, inserts, cards and accessories in the fit review. For bakery packaging, include the board and decorated height.
Review physical details
Check size, color, artwork position, finish, folds, handle attachment, closure and assembly. A visual concept does not verify carrying performance or the fit of the finished product.
Record changes and approval
List requested changes clearly and confirm the final sample revision. Bulk production follows the agreed sample and approved artwork rather than a collection of conflicting references.
Confirm the full schedule
Sample preparation is 5–7 days; shipment of the sample is additional. Bulk production is 10–15 days after approval. Confirm the project schedule and freight transit for the required arrival date.
