Measure the finished package

Use the external dimensions of the filled gift box, including wrapping and protruding features. For multiple products, review the arrangement as it will be handed to the customer.

Check the opening and gusset

Provide width × height × gusset with units. Review loading and removal clearance, the height above the product and whether the bag stands in the intended display position.

Review the handle system

Specify ribbon or rope type, length, color and punched-hole attachment. Check hole size, fixing and top reinforcement with the actual load. Metal eyelets are only included when explicitly requested.

Review bottom support

Check the fold, base support and bottom card where required. Watch for leaning, excessive clearance or uneven loading with the complete packed set.

Check print after forming

Review the logo relative to side gussets, top fold, seams and handles. Approve paper color and finishing alongside the matched box and ribbon.

Record the result

Confirm the bag dimensions, material, handle specification, reinforcement and approved sample revision before production. State the expected packed weight in the inquiry.
