Send product photos, packed dimensions, weight, quantity per version, artwork, destination and required arrival date.
2. Choose construction and finish
Review bag or box type, paper, handles, closure, reinforcement and special-finishing layers. A visual reference helps communicate direction but does not define every specification.
3. Prepare the sample
Sample preparation takes 5–7 days after specification review. Confirm the sample scope and courier arrangements separately.
4. Review and approve
Check filled fit, artwork, color, handles, base, closure, insert and packing. Record changes and confirm the final approved revision.
5. Confirm bulk production
Bulk production is 10–15 days after approvals. Confirm quantities per size and artwork and the final production schedule.
6. Agree shipment scope
Sea freight, Train, air freight and express courier are supported. Provide the delivery country, city and postcode. Freight transit and included services are confirmed in the quotation.
