Check finished dimensions against the approved specification. Review easy placement and removal of the actual packed item. A close fit should not damage corners or distort the bag.
Handle and bottom review
For bags, review hole size, ribbon or rope fixing, top reinforcement, bottom fold and support card where required. Evaluate the complete bag with the specified load.
Opening and insert fit
For boxes, review lid resistance, magnetic alignment or drawer movement. Include insert contact surfaces, product stability, clearance and removal access.
Artwork and appearance
Check logo position after forming, print color, foil alignment, finish detail, exposed adhesive and handling marks. Record the approved reference used for review.
Outer packing and records
Agree the packing format, quantities per carton and protective measures. Specify the acceptance requirements and any documents needed for the order before production approval.
