Size the bag from the filled box
Measure the finished external box after filling, tissue and accessories. The box internal dimension is not the bag dimension. Share the packed weight so the carry construction can be reviewed.
Coordinate rather than assume an exact visual match
Different papers and finishes can produce different color appearance. Provide the intended color direction and physical reference, and approve bag and box samples together.
Plan the small accessories
Tissue, cards, ribbons, seals and inserts change the packing sequence and sometimes the space required. Include them in the brief and quotation when they are part of the set.
Review the complete handover
Pack a full sample as the retail team will use it. Check insertion, handle comfort, logo orientation and removal. Confirm quantities for each component before bulk approval.
