The minimum order quantity is 100 pcs. State the quantity for each design, size and color. A request for 1,000 pieces split across many different artworks is not the same production brief as 1,000 identical pieces.
Separate versions clearly
List each version with its dimensions, print, finish, handles and quantity. Confirm whether multiple designs can be reviewed in the same project and how tooling or material sourcing affects the quotation.
Compare useful quantity tiers
Ask for quotes at the quantities that you are genuinely considering. For example, compare 500, 1,000 and 3,000 pieces using the same specification and shipping method. These are quotation tiers, not promised prices or automatic discounts.
Consider your storage and campaign date
Review the packed volume and intended supply format alongside the quantity. Seasonal artwork needs a realistic order plan so the project fits the event timing and your remaining inventory.
Approve before the bulk run
Sample preparation takes 5–7 days and bulk production is 10–15 days after approval and order confirmation. The final schedule depends on the agreed specification; artwork revisions and freight transit are planned separately.
