For a finished paper bag, provide width × height × gusset. State the units. Width is the front panel; height is the upright bag body; gusset is the side depth. Handle height is a separate specification. A dimension written without a measurement order is easy to misread.
Measure the item after packing
If the bag carries a rigid box, measure the finished external box after wrapping and filling. The box’s internal size is not the bag’s starting point. Share the box weight as well as its dimensions, including tissue, inserts and accessories.
Review clearance on a sample
Allow enough space for packing and removal without forcing the side gussets. Excessive clearance can make a compact product feel lost, while too little clearance can distort the bag. Ask to review a physical sample with the actual packed item.
Specify handles and reinforcement separately
State the handle type, width or diameter, visible length and attachment method. Include the expected carrying weight so paper grade, top reinforcement and bottom card can be reviewed as a system. A reference image alone does not define the required strength.
Send a complete size brief
Provide a sketch showing width, height and gusset, the packed item dimensions, weight, handle preference and quantity. CheriPack orders start at 100 pcs. Sample preparation is 5–7 days; the schedule is confirmed after the specification is reviewed.
