A mailer still needs a packed-delivery review
Confirm flute, facing paper, product retention and closure for the actual contents. The image alone does not establish compression or drop performance.
The supplied examples show corrugated mailer-style boxes with printed interiors in different colors. Their folding side panels and tuck-front lids belong in the delivery-packaging brief. Develop board grade, internal fit, closing sequence and product support together before approving the print.

The starting material direction is Corrugated board with printed facing; flute and grade reviewed for the packed product. The handle or opening direction is Roll-end side walls and tuck-front lid; final construction reviewed on sample. Branding can use custom exterior and interior printing. These choices need to be read together: the illustrated construction sets the product direction, while your packed contents determine the final dimensions and reinforcement. Share packed dimensions, weight and the required opening format. Review folds, closure fit and separate transit protection on the physical sample.
Provide usable internal length, width and height around the packed product. Include tissue and any support. State whether staff load through the top and whether the box must open repeatedly without damaging the tuck.

| Interior artwork | Separate print on the inside panels. | Approve artwork orientation after folding. |

Work through this design in three steps: Review the folding sequence and locking points. Then check engagement with the contents in place. Finally, approve artwork orientation after folding. Record any revision on the product specification before repeating the check.
The product-specific cost variables are: Board grade, die-cut geometry, inside and outside print, surface treatment, assembly and any support insert. Compare these on the same quantity per size and artwork. Identify whether tooling, the physical sample, accessories, assembly and delivery are included as separate line items. A lower unit price with a different handle, insert or print scope is a different specification.
This is a folding corrugated mailer direction with a tuck-front opening, rather than an assembled paper-wrapped rigid gift box. Compare packed fit, board, closure and delivery protection in the mailer specification.
Start with corrugated board with printed facing; flute and grade reviewed for the packed product and roll-end side walls and tuck-front lid; final construction reviewed on sample. Add the packed product information and the specific choices listed in the comparison table. Share packed dimensions, weight and the required opening format. Review folds, closure fit and separate transit protection on the physical sample.
MOQ is 100 pcs; list the quantity for each size and artwork version. Sample preparation is 5–7 days after specification review. Bulk production is 10–15 days after sample, artwork and order approval. Sample courier and freight transit are additional; confirm the complete delivery schedule in the quotation.
